This policy includes the measures we are actively taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus such as COVID-19 or other communicable disease. You are kindly requested to follow all these rules diligently to sustain the health and safety of our members. It is important that we all respond responsibly and transparently to health precautions. We assure you that we will always treat your private health and personal data with high confidentiality and sensitivity.
Scope
This coronavirus/communicable disease policy applies to anyone participating in any or all of our events or activities.
Event or Activity Attendance:
In attending or participating in our events, you accept all responsibility for any liability arising from any failure to monitor others that may be infected with and spread a communicable disease; failure to follow any legal requirements as respects testing for a communicable disease; failure to take steps to prevent the spread of the disease; or failure to report the disease to authorities.

This coronavirus/communicable disease policy applies to anyone participating in any or all of our events or activities.
Event or Activity Attendance:
- You are required in attending events or activities to meet any applicable CDC, State or Local requirements regarding COVID-19 or other communicable disease including any mandatory vacinations.
- If you have cold symptoms, such as cough/sneezing/fever, or feel poorly, stay at home or leave the event or activity immediately.
- If you have a positive COVID-19 or other communicable disease diagnosis, you can return to our events or activities once you meet the applicable COVID-19 or other communicable disease quarantine (mandatory or voluntary) guidelines/requirements and after a negative test has been obtained.
- If you have recently returned from an area/areas with a high number of COVID-19 or other communicable disease cases (based on CDC announcements), we’ll ask that you avoid events or activities for 14 calendar days, and return only if you are fully asymptomatic. You will also be asked not to come into physical contact with any members during this time.
- If you’ve been in close contact with someone infected by COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, with high chances of being infected yourself, avoid any events or activities. You will also be asked not to come into physical contact with any members during this time.
- If you are planning to travel voluntarily to a high-risk country with increased COVID-19 or other communicable disease cases, we’ll ask you to avoid events and activities for 14 calendar days after your return. You will also be asked not to come into physical contact with any members during this time.
- Wash your hands after using the toilet, before eating, and if you cough/sneeze into your hands (follow the 20-second hand-washing rule). You can also use sanitizers.
- Cough/sneeze into your sleeve, preferably into your elbow. If you use a tissue, discard it properly and clean/sanitize your hands immediately.
- Open the windows regularly to ensure open ventilation.
- Avoid touching your face, particularly eyes, nose, and mouth, with your hands to prevent from getting infected.
- If you find yourself coughing/sneezing on a regular basis, avoid close physical contact with members and take extra precautionary measures.
